Hendrik Pape - Owner / Technician
Hendrik graduated from Canadore College in North Bay with a diploma in Computer Systems / Networking in 2000 and shortly after graduating started his career in customer service with TeleTech in North Bay. In the decade that has followed his career has taken him from North Bay to the National Capital region and now to the Brockville / Kingston region of Ontario. He has working in technical support for both Dell, Adobe and most recently Ciena and Nortel.
Outside of the office Hendrik is very community minded. He was an active member of the Pembroke Kinsmen Club and after the small Ottawa Valley community of Combermere was struck by a tornado in 2006 Hendrik teamed up with TheOttawaValley.com to organize a benefit concert to raise money for those displaced by the disaster.
Customer service is so important to Hendrik that he offers a guarantee that if a client isn't completely satisfied with the service provided to them and we can't make it right, they don't pay.
